At 1:00 AM, C746 with Dark Future G40-2 6389 leading CEFX 3130 and a string of cars waits at Lansdale Station for the run back to Philadelphia via the Stony Creek Branch (due to high cars in consist) |

You can see where the classification lights on the nose have been filled in. | ||||||||||
CEFX SD40-2 3130 makes its second trip to Lansdale in a week. | ||||||||||
The flared radiators hint of its body's SD45 origins. The Scotchlite frame and nose striping preclude the use of flash on these units. | ||||||||||
Meanwhile, exactly 12 hours later, SEPTA 50 brings the Bomber set from Warminster into town. Oddly enough, this seems to have become a Christmas time tradition, as last December 27 SEPTA 51 made the same run, albeit nose first, into the city. | ||||||||||
