Note 204-218 leased 12/1983 to CPR and bought 1/18/1985 becoming 5400-5414.

Note: Pan Am Railways, Inc. consists of Boston and Maine, Maine Central,
Portland Terminal Co. and Springfield Terminal Ralway.

Also note Pan Am Southern is owned 50/50 by Pan Am Rys. and Norfolk Southern.
It is operated by Springfield Terminal and mainly consists of former B&M
between Ayer, Massachusetts and Mechanicville, New York.
