143160 40-ft 60-ton plug door grain box. Note loading doors above regular door. This eliminated need for labour intensive paper grain doors to be installed for each load which themselves were an improvement over the reusable wooden doors. CP 313546 48 foot 100-ton covered flat car specially designed to carry coil steel. Built 1967.
These cars changed the way coil sheets of steel are shipped from a steel mill to a manufacturer.

Lumber is a common type of freight on these cars here being exported into the United States.

CP 343482 64 foot 70-ton 6536 cu. ft. wood chip gondola. Only 100 were built this big. Built 1969.
