TT 2 Terra Nova acq. 5/1991 Guest house. Clayton D. Cook Loop Railroad. Trinity 7/28/1999

Clayton Cook, a retired railroader worked to preserve this unique historic piece of the Newfoundland Railway.
Trinity Loop was built to gain altitude through a rugged area. Following abandonment this short section was saved,
the original loop was extended back on itself and two small park trains provided a lengthy scenic ride around
a park with carnival rides and cabins. Officially opened June 13, 1987, Owned by Town of Trinity and operated by
Francis Kelly for 20 years. Tired, unable to find a buyer sadly, Kelly walked away from it circa 2006 leaving everything, railway equipment, rides, buildings etc. abandoned to be vandalized and destroyed. Only the Terra Nova escaped.

In 2003 Terra Nova was relocated for use as a beach cottage Clifton, NS

In 7/2004 it was relocated again to Woodlands and Meadows Perennial Nursery and Gardens, Clifton, NS
Located along with caboose CN 79873 (acq. 1999).

Relocated again (2012) Orangedale, Cape Breton
