The layout was moved to the back yard and alot of American
prototype rolling stock added. The people in the photo are members
of the Southeastern Pa. Garden Railway Association attending an
open house.

WP&Y #2055 with a string of freight coming through
a culvert, heading for Snake Ridge. Eventually it will cross the
Howe Truss bridge.
One member of S.E.P.G.R.A. wants to see how many cars
his 2017D could pull with weight added to the tender.
The railroad consisted of six separate loops with none
connected. They just traveled over and under one another
In 1991, the wife wanted to try camping, So the railroad
was moved to the Appalachian Campground in Shartlesville, Pa.
23 miles from my home, thus the name The Appalachian Line. The
person in the photo is Chief Engineer and operator, Me.
The upper loop in the rear is an irregular figure eight
about 10 inches higher than the lower loops.
The mogul is rounding the bend ready to pass Canyon
City Station. The 2017 D is pulling
into the station to allow passengers to disembark.
This is a newly constructed trestle approximately 16
feet long. The land inside the trestle will
be the future home of a farm scene.
