The Combined Traction Brake Controller is located to the left of the picture, the items in the top centre white panel are the speedometer and the radio/PA function selection buttons (yellow) are to its left. Below the speedo array are the door open and close buttons, with the whistle control in the middle. The control with the red handle is the Selector Switch, released - as is common to many stocks - with the ubiquitous RKL200 key. Below the selector is the windscreen wiper control.
