My intention here is to give a bit of an insight into the various structures of London Underground at an Operational level.
In the case of stations this will be up to Group Station Manager (GSM), and in the case of trains up to the level of Train Operations Manager (TOM), so essentially I'm looking at the Operational staff and the administrative support teams related to these areas.
In each case I'll try to give an insight into the role of each of the grades or if the detail is already somewhere else on this site, I'll link to it.
