The CSX C30-7 fleet came from Family Lines heritage. A couple wore Seaboard System paint, but all but three ended up in some form of CSX paint. Of the three that did not, two received yellow noses on their Family Lines paint.
GE C30-7A Locomotives /

All of the C30-7As came from the conrail split. These units were let go when their lease was up shortly after they were acquired making photos pretty scarce.
GE C32-8 Locomotives /

Only four C32-8s joined the CSX roster, and all were former conrail units. Another thing making these units rare was their former Conrail Ballast Express paint.
GE C36-7 Locomotives /
C36-7
All the C36-7 units came to CSX via the conrail split. Some came at the time of the split while others were picked up once their NS lease expired. 7138 was the only one to get CSX paint.
GE C39-8 Locomotives /
C39-8
Another model small in numbers and only part of CSX through the Conrail acquisition. Four of the nine did end up in CSX paint, even though they weren't around long.

GE CW60AC Locomotives /
CW60AC
All of the CW60AC units were purchased new by CSX. Units 600-601 were painted in standard CSX-bc paint for testing, but were then given the modified CSX-bc2 paint that all CW60AC units wore.
GE ES44AC Locomotives /
ES44AC
CSX purchased all of their ES44AC units new from GE. Units 700-949 were delivered in standard CSX-yn3 paint, and 950 was painted and awaiting delivery when that order was cancelled. The next order saw a new CSX 950 this time wearing the new [CSX] logo.
GE ES44DC Locomotives /
ES44DC
All of the ES44DC units were purchased new by CSX. GE's paint shops were so backed up at the time that 13 were delivered in primer paint, but painted shortly thereafter by CSX.
GE U28C Locomotives /
U28C
A one of a kind unit for CSX was U28C 3526. This former L&N unit (ex L&N 1527)xwas the only to survive long enough to make the CSX roster.
GE U30C Locomotives /
U30C
All of the CSX U30Cs were of Seaboard System heritage. Of the 81 units, 77 were ex L&N while just four were ex SCL. Chessie had 13 at one time, but none made it to the CSX era.
