URR switchers on the viaduct. The
position-light signals at left are on the URR high line; however, the
former PRR Port Perry Branch is just over the embankment
Back under the viaduct. This line
formerly connected to the PRR Port Perry Branch near 'PERRY'
interlocking, and the PRR East Pittsburgh Branch around the bend
UP power leads an eastbound towards
downtown. Buckeye Yard, a PC era facility, replaced several PRR
yards including Yard A and Yard B east of Columbus and Grandview Yard
on the west.
Now how did a perfectly good G43B go about getting THOSE reporting marks?!?
