We arrived at the Conference on the Surfliner which left Fullerton at 8:15.  The Conference could not be more conveniently located, you simply walk out the east end of the tunnel to the tracks in LA Union Station, and up to street level.  Immediately to your left is the large LAMTA Building, Gateway Center.  Inside the lobby, we saw signs directing us to Conference.  On the same level as the large theatre used for the presentations is also a large lobby where "lobbyists" could set up their tables, and the registration table was there as well.  Across this large lobby was a Cafeteria where we were invited to have coffee and pastries, and later enjoy lunch.  The Cafeteria had a large outdoor patio, high above Union Station, where you could enjoy your food if you liked.

Ken Ruben greeted all attendees as they reached the Conference's Lobby.	The level of the LAMTA on which the Conference was held.
One Display was the Depot Inn and Silver Rails Resort in La Plata, MO.	Matthew Melzer, Executive Director of the Depot Inn & Suites, et. al., was on site to meet and greet and hand out discount cards to come to the Depot Inn & Suites.

The tables of information could be visited before, during, at lunch, or after the Conference.
