I was traveling light this day, I only had a phone camera and a bicycle.
Looking way back east along the power lines, I see another.
Parked near the west leg of the wye, west of the Jay Mar buildings.

So, this is what happens in Plover during conductor training time. They will all be busy again tomorrow.
Lots of locomotives,
with two parked on a Sunday.
Normally, I would only expect one locomotive for training.
