Some cars are permanently coupled and share one truck. Years ago, I read about the 3 different manufacturer's designs and how to identify them, but I forgot most of it since then.

There's a lot of maintenance information stencilled on the sides, such as the proper brake hardware. And container information. It's good that the grafitti people haven't plastered too much on these cars yet. The railroads paint then with important info about a car's repair history, and don't want it destroyed or covered. DPU. They are rolling along well, about 30 mph through town.
