The PTC one car train with caboose GTW 79197

Stevens Point, Wisconsin, September, 2019.
This 'train' has gone past the Waupaca depot web cam a few times already.
Here, it is sitting on the north side of the Stevens Point yard.

I don't know what is more amazing, that I saw it;
or that this big yard is so empty that I can see all the way across.
Usually, almost every track has cars.
It is caboose GTW 79197, with PTC, Positive Train Control, test equipment.
The same one I saw last year in Wisconsin Rapids.
