CiT 1542 blue locomotive in Wisconsin Rapids

C i T 1542 . . . MP15DC is the black label under the cab

where will it go? I think it left eastbound. The beginning of the train was mixed freight, but they also picked up a lot of sand hoppers parked in the Torq quarry spur. I could guess it came from one of the frac sand companies on the Taylor Subdivision.
