a Ballast Cleaner leaving Rapids

I saw some MOW equipment leaving Wisconsin Rapids on Monday July 2nd, 2018; heading south.

and they were bound for rails south of Necedah, almost to New Lisbon.
I don't think any trains run there. I wonder what they would be doing there , or maybe they will transfer to the CP?
It's a shoulder cleaner, and they aren't working it here, but see my older web page:
