A Variety of Sand Hoppers

It has been 2 years since I really looked at frac sand hoppers. They are getting more modern, and there's a large variety even in one 'unit train'.

They are all the same length and have 2 unloading bays on the bottom, but their tops sure are different. .

One source for seeing the car owners is by the reporting mark, a list is on
P and W RR club list of rail reporting marks and see the alpabet index on the bottom of that page.

Many cars have red hand grabs on top. Two corners have ladders, 2 don't,
and there is a red label that is upside down so it can be read from above:

NO SIDE

There are piles of spilled sand from parked trains.

I wonder if some cars have empty compartments when they get to Texas?
