Train stalled on the hill?

This is a morning train, northbound from Wisconsin Rapids. CN 2343. Two units.
If this was video, not much would be happening. I think it is stalled at Milepost 54
which is the first hill north of Rapids. This is not the ruling grade north of Rudolph
which is not so dramatic looking, but is more likely to stall a train.

And here comes the calvary to the rescue. Never mind that its long hood forward.

That's a lot of power.

By the next day, its all gone from town, on trains of their own.
