25th Avenue Trains

Wisconsin Rapids sees a lot of sand trains coming through from the Whitehall subdivision.
There's a pause when they get to 25th Avenue on the west side of town, getting ready to go through the yard limits.

This picture was in November, before it snowed.
Just a single engine, and earlier than the usual 7pm arrival time. So I wonder if the rumors are true
that more than one train operates west of Wisconsin Rapids.

.

Another eastbound train at 5pm

.

And here's sand going past the yard office by Dura Beauty Lane.

.

Empty sand hoppers wait on the old stub of the GBW main, east of 25th Avenue.

.

Here's a lot of power in the morning; with Ashley furniture containers, and sand hoppers are at the tail end of that.
From 25th Avenue, they were heading north to Junction City.
