The Central Oregon & Pacific (CORP) operates former Southern Pacific lines from Eugene, OR, to Black Butte, CA, with a branch west of Eugene to Coquille near Coos Bay  on the Pacific coast (shut down in 2007 due to deteriorated condition of three tunnels). CORP was founded in 1995 and is part of Rail America, Inc.
