Built by Pullman-Standard in 1948 for the president of the Milwaukee Road. The car was also used for a short time by the Union Pacific Railroad to travel to Chicago. After UP, the car was sent back to the Milwaukee Road until the Soo Line bought them out and the car was renumbered Soo 100. In 2008, current owners Alan and Sherrie Conover purchased the car and restored the original name "Wisconsin". It has since been repaineted in the original paint scheme of orange and maroon.
