Built by Budd in 1955 for the Great Northern Railway as a dome coach and numbered 1323. Conveyed to Amtrak in 1971 and renumbered 9463. By March 1993, the car was retired by Amtrak and placed up for sale. Once sold into private ownership, the car was completely refurbished in 2001 and today is set up as a Dome/Lounge/Sleeper.
