Built by Pullman-Standard in 1948 for the St. Louis & San Francisco Railway as a 4 Bedroom, 14 Roomette Sleeper that was originally named "Pierre LaClede" (founder of St. Louis) and operated on famous trains including "The Texas Special". Sold to Canadian National in 1964 and renamed "Churchill Falls". High Iron bought the car in 1983 and converted it to its current configuration after a complete rebuild. The car sleeps 8 guests in 3 double bedrooms that maintain the original configuration. A master room has a double bed and its own shower. All rooms have their own lavatory and sink.
