These cars are used on Superliner-equipped trains for the crew. On select routes however, some of the rooms are sold as revenue rooms as the car is comprised entirely of roomettes on the upper level (no bedrooms) and the space is available since crews today are not big enough in number to fill the entire car. The lower level of the car also features an office for the conductor to conduct business. |
