VIII. FAIR SCHEDULING ITEMS

ADMISSION: Get parking/admission
agreement with fairgrounds operators settled WELL IN ADVANCE,
instead of it being a last-minute "kneejerk" thing, so we can
inform the members well in advance. Due to the last lateness of
the decision, nobody knew what was going on. (Ingram)
If you sign up in advance to
work and can't, YOU take responsibility for getting a replacement
(Lenny).
If everything on layout works
next year, we will need 3-4 people to operate layout
(Lenny).
Must stay open until 11 pm some
