Nifty little water tower made from junk.
The legs are scrap wood, the platform is a piece of paneling, and the tank
is a canister that christmas ornaments came in. I put it upside down
so that the clear bottom of the canister looks like clear water in the
tank. I made the wrapper from posterboard and painted it on both
sides. Standard boxcar red on the outside and shades of green into
black on the inside so that it really looks like its full of water.
