Considering moving interchange operations to Port Lavender, make it a rail/river loadout point. Alltrains will go to Cassville which will act like Orbisonia on the EBT, a midpoint Operations Hub. Doing this will make Port Lavnder a fiddle track for now, and impact operations there when construction begins there next Spring.
This will essentially divide the RR into a lower and upper half. Over the mountain to Anns Creek will be the province of the Big Locos, No7,8, and 9. Older, smaller locomtives can handle the Port LAvender runs which will be done by No6 as the Cassville Switcher for now. Cars headed that way now can be shifted on or off the layout to appear again in a later session. Need to mess with the car cardds to see how this works.

Interchange will be moved to Port Lavender. Have to figger out how many transfer runs a day will be needed. Prolly at least two coal transfers and one freight.
Hoppers will run in 5 car blocks I suspect. Possibly this could mean 10 car trains to be contnded with in Cassville Yard and Port Lavender. Could also necessitate that cars be left in Collery for an extra train to pickup. No7 bring it over the mountain.

Got a nifty little brad nailer as an anniversary present. Had a lot of fun with it so far. The very thing I needed for securing flatcar decks, and I've used it for several repairs.
Also started on the outside frame boxcars, have one side and two ends cut and assembled just one more side to go
