Finally getting in a little Shop time!  Assembled the trucks for the 2nd flatbottom hoppers and getting ready to work on the coupler adapter master finally!!  Hopefully , if everything stays relatively calm today, I’ll add rivets and detail castings to the first flat bottom hopper and be able to paint it!!!  Finally got my tax return check from Ky yesterday so I’ll be able to order some rail on Monday!!! YEEEEHAWWWW!!!

Got the riveting done on the 40 series hopper instead and made the master for the coupler adaptor.  Cast the bolsters for another car frame and did the first test castings for the coupler adaptor, looks good so far, got to get some self tapping screws small enough to fit inside the pocket to screw it to the frame

Things are GOOD!!!  Ordered an 8’ x 12’ building today to move The Shop into, it should arrive Wednesday.  With enough purpose built shelf space I should be just fine. I will still have the back porch for the extra dimensional stuff, plus I can keep rolling stock right there adjacent to the RR.  Got the AC unit on hand, just need to find a small fridge!

The New Shop arrived today, unloaded, leveled and installed!  Now I begin the customization.  If I feel like it after work , I’ll begin packing up The Shop for the move.  Its wide enough for my main bench  to go across the back wall and still have room for benches along either side.  I think a couple or three hanging florescent shop lamps should be sufficient lighting and keep one of the incandescent lamps.

I have the benches up, lights an AC installed and most of the power tools moved in.  Most of the projects have been moved in, everything is working out GREAT!!!  Still have to wrap up the clean out of the old Shop room and associated cleanup.
