Trains 760, 761 did not operate February 8-13 due to mudslides, buses substituted.
Buses were substituted for Seattle-Portland trains except on February 8-11 when I-5 closed.
February 27 partial service restored, February 28, regular service restored Seattle-Portland.
1997: Due to Edmonds mudslides, Mt. Baker Int. service disrupted.
