ECHO RR
The Coalville & Echo RR was organized in October 1869 to supply coal to the Salt Lake Valley via the UP and Utah Central RR's. By December 1869 the five mile line was graded and ties were in place. Only one minor problem. The rail that was promised by UP had gone into building the Utah Central. There was no more rail to be had. This railroad never came to be.
