This is a true "What am I?". Richard did not know and I did not have a clue. The photo was taken in Ogden. Time to put out the word. Well, here is the real story thanks to Steven Seguine.

"It's a rotary snow plow body that the Wasatch Mountain Railway used as a power car. They installed a diesel generator inside to supply power for the ex-UP diner. The WMR got it from the Naval Supply Depot at Clearfield in the early 1970's. It was painted grey and lettered:"
