FATAL RAILROAD ACCIDENT

POUGHKEEPSIE, N. Y., April 4. --- A construction train on the Rondout and Oswego Railroad ran off the track, near Kensington [Kingston], this afternoon. A brakeman, named MICHAEL GARNET, was killed, and the engineer and fireman were badly injured.
