We don't spend all our railfanning time along Conrail. The once abandoned Housatonic Railroad now operates daily freight service to Caanan, New Milford, and Danbury, CT. Traffic is light today as only one GP-35 heads north today with interchange traffic for Pittsfield, Mass.
