Still standing in Johnsonville, New York in 2001, this Boston and Maine tower once controlled the junction of the B&M- Rutland passenger line to Albany with the freight main. Only the single track freight line to Mechanicsville, New York is still in place. Similar towers are still extant at Ayer and East Deerfield, Massachusetts.
