The "Porter Building", San Jose, with two Birney Streetcars.
Santa Cruz Ave., Los Gatos, with an interurban car of the Peninsular Railway.
An impressive collection of local streetcars and interurbans has been restored by the California Trolley and Railroad Corporation, at the San Jose Historical Museum, which operate in a historical museum in Kelly Park, San Jose, and sometimes on the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority's light rail system. Another restored Peninsular Railway interurban car runs at the Western Railway Museum in Rio Vista Junction, CA.
For further (very entertaining) reading on the history of San Jose, I highly recommend the Soft Underbelly of San Jose web site.
