David Epling model, I did CCT 19 starting with an N scale Roundhouse 3 Window Wood caboose. I cut of the end platform steps and filled in the gaps with Styrene and putty, sanding it down and then painting. I then added Detail Associates N scale tender Stirrups. (these are not exact to the prototype, but they are close enough), I then substituted the stock trucks with Micro-Trains Arch Bar trucks and body mounted MT couplers. I painted the model based on photos from this website. I added wire grab irons all around and on the roof. I added window glazing and then pieced together the decals from my decal parts box. A coat of dull coat over-sprayed on the model completed the project. This is not a rivet counter model, but it is close enough.
