21775 Controller for the Railway Collection - Tetsukore Controller Style A (2008) - Input: 6 VDC (4 AA Batteries). Output: 0-6 VDC. This is a model of an actual trolley/tram controller. The main handle controls output voltage, and the smaller reverser handle controls direction. A DC power feed cable with dual prongs is attached, to fit to Tomix track. The controller has a green LED power indicator, as well as overload or overheat protection. The 21775 version is cream colored. |

22413 J.N.R. Series 101 Model Controller - Full Set (2010) - Input: 100 VAC. Output: 0-9 VDC, 0.5 A. Tomytec produced this sophisticated 1:3 scale model of a Japanese National Railways Series 101 electric multiple unit control stand. This full set includes a motor master controller, a brake valve with removable handle, a gauge panel (speed, air brake pressures, and line voltage), and a door control box. The controls simulate the operation of a real train, with separate power and air brake control, momentum and working gauges. In addition, motor/gear sounds are produced, along with door operation sounds, air brake sounds, and the horn. The system senses back-EMF from the motor to determine the voltage at which the motor starts turning, and sets this as the beginning point for the motor/gear sound. Because of the back-EMF feature, the instructions say to avoid using with lighted trains or other items that draw power from the rails for other than the motor, and on overly long or complex track arrangements. It can be sensitive to dirty track. It does not provide turnout/points power, TCS power or CL (constant lighting) output. It is intended to be used with basic motorized Tomytec Tetsudou Collection trains (a four-car JNR Series 101 train was produced). It can also be used alone as a simulator. Green in color. |

22447 J.N.R. Series 101 Model Controller - Master Controller / Brake Set (2010) - Input: 100 VAC. Output: 0-9 VDC, 0.5 A. This set contains only the motor master controller and the brake valve with removable handle. The controller can be used alone, in which case it operates as a normal throttle. Combined with the brake control, power and braking are separately controlled and there is a simulated momentum effect. Green in color. |
