The Honourable R R Lemieux, who is now in London, England, has closed definite
	arrangements with the British Government and Cabinet to lay a new cable between
	Great Britain and Canada.  The expense will be shared between British, Canadian, 
	Australian, and New Zealand governments.  It is expected more news will follow.
