Seoul Subway

South Korea is building several metros in its major cities. Of course the largest and oldest system in South Korea is Seoul. This is the only system I have visited in this country.

Believe it or not, I find the Seoul subway system the easiest system in the world to use. Each line is numbered as is each station. The system has several new routes under construction.

Riding the metro is a lot safer then driving a car. I should know, I did both in Seoul. The trains may be crowded during rush hour, but the roads are worse! The system does a good job getting around this very crowded city
