TRIP 3 COAL HISTORY TOUR Wednesday July 25th 10-5pm

Visit the Eckley Miners Village and learn how the miners lived in the 19th century. Next stop will be the Lackawanna Coal Mine, learn about how the miners worked in this mine as you are guided into the depths. Also you can shop in the Company shop. Last stop will be the PA Anthracite Museum explore the story of immigration and Industry in the Anthracite region. Jamie Bothwell will be your tour guide
Bring a jacket or sweater, it is cold in the mine even in the summertime.

TRIP 4 Ladies Shopping Trip [the guys can also come along] Thursday July 26th 10-5pm.

TRIP 5 Strasburg Train Special Thursday July 26th 8-6pm

Arrive at the Strasburg Railroad for the 11:00am train ride; Departure time 7:30 a.m.
And enjoy a boxed LUNCH as you view the beautiful Pennsylvania Countryside.
Lunch will be Chicken Corn soup, Cole Slaw, Apple Sauce Potato Salad, and a Soda
With your choice of Sandwich

After the ride we will cross the road and visit the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania. Displays of over a hundred locomotives and cars and many railroad artifacts.
