Occasionally
Amtrak feels nice to provide motive power for Special Passenger Trains
and Cars.
Without further ado the "California Zephyr Vistadomes" on tour from Trains Unlimited Tours
based out of California.
As you know this is the end of CZ #5 enroute to California in
Denver.
When this train arrived it coupled to the Vistadomes sitting on track 3
at the station. Then when it Departed it had to switch
tracks to the #1 UP main to go to Wyoming. UP was doing track
maintence on the Moffat sub.
