NIS 201 - Haslet, Texas
NIS 201 can often be found switching auto racks at the Alliance Auto Facility adjacent to
BNSF's Ft. Worth Subdivision mainline near Haslet, Texas. The auto facility is located along
State Highway 156 near the Alliance Airport north of Haslet...just look for the auto-racks!
The locomotive is kept inside a fenced area at the auto facility and is
inaccessible for photography unless a switch crew is working. When they are switching, the
engine will sometimes cross the Intermodal Parkway crossing north of the yard.
