Texas Railroad Sesquicentennial - Sesquicentennial Sunday - Gulf Coast
UP train S-HOGY (aka the "Windmill Train ") approaches Spring, Texas on the UP Palestine Subdivision on
September 7, 2003. The train originated in Houston and is carrying components for large wind turbines, destined for a
"wind farm" near Glencoe Jct, Wyoming. At Spring, the train will enter the UP Navasota Subdivision and
head northwest toward Valley Jct.
