Eastbound BNSF train ZLACWSP is stopped in the siding at Mendota, Texas (on the BNSF Panhandle Subdivision) to meet westbound ZWSPLAC. In order to help minimize delays to priority trains such as these, the BNSF is constructing a new second main track in this area.
