BNSF train U-CFSMAR1-26 (Clifstone - Martin Lake limestone train)
approaches Tower 17 -- the last traditional manned
interlocking tower in Texas -- in Rosenberg on September 7, 2003.
The train is destined for the TXU power plant at Martin Lake, Texas, where the limestone
rock will be used as part of the scrubbing process which ensures cleaner
burning of the coal and
lignite which power the plant.
