Texas Railroad Sesquicentennial - Sesquicentennial Sunday - East Texas

A southbound UP rock train on the UP Little Rock Subdivision takes the siding at Kildare (between Atlanta and
Jefferson) to meet a northbound freight. The southbound rock train,
running "against the current" on this predominantly
northbound line, would meet a lot of opposition on its way south... the train in the background is the first of
three northbounds waiting for the rock train to clear at Kildare.
