The tracks will run through a cut in the hills on the lower level just outside of the city.

The upper deck will contain our city - and one mainline. The two main tracks on the lower level will pass through a cut in the rocks - and will cross under a highway bridge joining the two upper decks. The near left turnout (still to be laid) will run under the city to the staging track on the inside of the layout..
