Frank Titman - Frank makes up little stories for scenes on his railroad. One of his favorites is Old Mr. MacDonald, the owner of the Spiral Hill Railroad. He is not convinced the new-fangled diesel engines are anything but a fad. Steam is the only way to go! You won't ever find a diesel engine on the Spiral Hill (well, except for that new RDC car that shuttles passengers in from out of town).
