Dan Mastrobuono and I were fortunate to have met Sherman Shook, a long-time mechanic and now a volunteer. Sherman graciously took us on a tour of the repair shops, and gave us a lot of insight on the history of Steamtown. In the background, you can see the Pennsy K4 from Altoona that has been in for repair for some time. It looks like it will be there for awhile longer.
