02-16-2002 - Greenberg Toy and Train Show: The SJSG club displayed their portable layout at the show in Ft. Washington, PA over the weekend.
02-06-2002 - February meeting at our new location: The SJSG members hold their first meeting at the Stratford Senior Center.
01-11-2002 - Trip to Jim Pauley's - a seminar on Flyer collecting: A trip in January to club member and "professional" collector Jim Pauley's store for a seminar about collecting Flyer - and the chance to see some original Gilbert artwork from Jim's collection.

12-29-2001 - SJSG Trip to Lancaster/Strasburg RR: Seven SJSG members joined in on the annual trek to Strasburg PA
12-07-2001 - December meeting at Larry Gawlinski's home: Our annual holiday meeting at Larry's is a well-attended social event.
11-11-2001 - Philadelphia Shriners Hospital for Children - 2001: An annual event, the SJSG bring their portable sectional layout to the hospital in hopes of brightening the Holidays for the residents.
11-03-2001 - Greenberg Toy and Train Show: The SJSG club displayed their portable layout at the show in Pennsauken, NJ over the weekend.
10-14-2001 - Bellmawr Fall 2001 Train & Toy Show: The Fall train show to benefit the Bellmawr Fire and Rescue #1 Squad was hosted by the SJSG.
10-03-2001 - October Clinic on adding motive power to trolleys: The October clinic was presented by Jim Oliver on adding power trucks to trolley chassis
09-05-2001 - September Clinic on steam engines: Joe Kimber gave an in-depth talk on steam engines, and the design decisions on things like firebox design.
07-28-2001 - 2001 NASG Convention: The SJSG members visit the 2001 NASG convention. Hank Worrell took some pictures to post on our WEB site.

07-11-2001 - July Clinic on resistive soldering: The July meeting featured a double-team demonstration on resistive soldering techniques by Joe Balcer and Pat Tentarelli.
06-23-2001 - Train Show in Glassboro: A local train show is supported by SJSG members to promote 'S' gauge.
06-02-2001 - June Clinic on building layout sections: Our June meeting featured a clinic by our resident craftsman Tom MacDonald on building the sections for our new layout.
05-28-2001 - Memorial Day at Steamtown 2001: Our third annual trip to Steamtown USA in Scranton, PA to celebrate Memorial Day. Our WWII theme was a hit with attendee's!
05-05-2001 - SJSG Trip to Lancaster/Strasburg RR: Six members of the SJSG took a day trip to visit Strasburg SS, TCA Museum and the PA RR Museum. Share our day with us!
05-02-2001 - May Clinic on repairing Flyer motors: Our May main meeting featured a clinic by our resident motor wizard Bob Foster Sr. on how to repair Flyer motors.
04-29-2001 - Visit Joe Jones Flyertown Museum: Our annual visit to fellow SJSG member Joe Jones Flyertown Museum in Clermont, NJ
04-01-2001 - Bellmawr Spring 2001 Train & Toy Show: The South Jersey S Gaugers hosted this show to benefit the Bellmawr Fire & Rescue #1 squad. Attending our show were several S vendors displaying some of the newest offerings to the S community. We would like to share the day with you.

05-30-2000 - Memorial Day at Steamtown 2000: The South Jersey S Gaugers trip to Steamtown Memorial Day weekend. The display of their sectional portable layout with a WWII theme is now an annual event.
