If you want to receive only one composite S-Trains a day you will need to select "Digest" from the Onelist page, or use the link below. Digest works well for folks that don't want to get lots of mail. It tends to be slower because it only sends out a composite message once a day. If you are on a corporate/company e-mail system you may want to use this option.
